The single-story, 2,400 square foot free-standing office building was acquired in July 2016 by MarketSpace Capital and has been home to the dental clinic since its acquisition. Located in a high-traffic area in a small plaza at the intersection of Kingsland Blvd. and Westgreen Ave., the office building is in excellent condition and in a desirable area of town, making it a sound investment for commercial investors.
