David Rodarte is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at MarketSpace Capital where he leads Acquisitions, Deal Financing, Asset Management, and Investor/Portfolio Development. David began his real estate journey over a decade ago working in construction, learning the complexities of construction management. As his career developed, he later served in a variety of roles from Senior Commercial Advisor to eventually becoming Managing Director for KW Commercial.

Throughout his professional career, David acquired his knowledge of commercial properties for both retail and institutional investors in investment sales and syndications across the Texas Markets. In 2011, David Rodarte partnered with Dr. Masaki Oishi on several commercial investments and subsequently founded MarketSpace Capital with Dr. Masaki Oishi and Sohail Hassan in 2017. Despite having experience in nearly every type of commercial real estate properties, he has pivoted his entire focus to both value-add acquisitions and ground-up development of multifamily properties. Throughout his career, David has successfully completed over $1 Billion in commercial real estate transactions and owns over $700 Million in Assets Under Management.
